The return window
- Most products: 15 days.
- My Best Buy Plus and My Best Buy Total members get 60 days for most products. The longer window doesn't apply to Marketplace purchases.
Shorter or special windows
- Cell phones, tablets, mobile hotspots and cellular wearables: 14 days for everyone, members included.
- Verizon devices that can be activated: 30 days for all customers.
- Halloween and Christmas decorations: 15 days for all customers.
- Litter boxes: 90 days. Pet training devices and hearing aids: 60 days.
What to bring
- For faster processing, bring your packing slip (if you got one) or your receipt, plus the credit card you paid with.
