The return window
- Costco backs most purchases with its Risk-Free 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: it will refund your purchase price, with the exceptions below.
- Electronics — televisions, major appliances, computers, cameras and similar products — must be returned within 90 days of the date you received them.
Exceptions
- Diamonds over 1.00 carat, cigarettes and alcohol (where prohibited by law), precious metals, gift cards, airline and event tickets, custom-ordered items and shop cards are exceptions to the guarantee — check the policy for how each is handled.
Where to return
- In-warehouse purchases: the returns counter at any Costco warehouse.
- Costco.com purchases: at a warehouse or through Costco.com.
